CONCERT VENUE RULES
To provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all, please keep the following concert rules in mind.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
- Everyone entering the venue must have a ticket or pay at the gate
- For their well-being, we discourage infants and babes-in-arms
- No re-entry
- No weapons or firearms
- No backpacks or large purses
- No pets allowed – services animals only
- No coolers
- No drones
- No smoking – except in designated smoking areas
- No outside food
- No outside alcohol or liquids of any kind
- No glass
- Due to artist requests, no professional audio, video, or photography equipment
- No large beach umbrellas; handheld umbrellas only
- No skateboards in the venue
- No blankets or chairs in the immediate stage area – standing room only
- Security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion
- All concerts are rain or shine
- No refunds
While the Twilight Concert Series welcomes patrons of all ages, it is primarily an adult event. We ask that parents use discretion when attending with their children and ask that minors be supervised.
Q: If I have an advance ticket, how do I get into the venue?
A: Advance ticket holders can enter the venue from two different entrances. The main entrance has four ticket holder lines and is located at the southwest corner of park (400 West 400 South). There is also a separate ticket holder line at the southeast corner of park (300 West 400 South)
Q: Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
A: The main entrance has four ticket purchase lines. Tickets are $10 at the gate, CASH ONLY.
Q: How much are tickets at the venue?
A: Tickets are $10 at the gate CASH ONLY. ATMs are located near each side of the main entrance – southwest corner of park (400 West 400 South).
Q: When should I arrive at the concert?
A: We recommend arriving AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to avoid long lines. The gates open at 5:00 p.m. and music starts at 7:00 p.m. Arrive during this time for the most convenient access. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., expect to wait in line.
Q: What if there are long lines at the entrances?
A: Hey, we warned you! Arrive early to avoid this. If you are waiting in line, please be patient. You will get in. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Q: Can I bring in a backpack or purse?
A: Only small bags and purses are allowed. Bags must be able to fit within a 12 inch by 12 inch bin.
Q: Is there food at the venue?
A: Yes! There is an amazing assortment of different local eateries and food trucks. From sliders to bahn mi sandwiches, ice cream, coffee, vegetarian and vegan food, there is a little bit of everything for everyone!
Q: What else is at the concert venue?
A: There is a variety of local clothing and craft artisans in the northwest part of the venue adjacent to the food market. This is a great opportunity to support local businesses. The north side of the venue has booths to purchase concert & artist merchandise and tickets to upcoming concerts (for $7.50), as well as booths featuring our sponsors and community partners.
Q: Can I bring water?
A: No outside liquids are allowed. Water, soda, beer, and wine are available for purchase inside the venue. There are also three free water stations in the venue. Personal empty water bottles are permitted.

The Salt Lake City Arts Council and Twilight Concert Series, in conjunction with Salt Lake City, fully support green initiatives and sustainability practices and education.
We are proud to offer recycling stations throughout the concert venue, and encourage our patrons to please help us support these practices by being aware and doing your part!
